Wholesale datasets
Sellers of energy and reserves into the wholesale market submit offers to supply; buyers submit bids.
Files for both bids and offers are published daily. These files contain all bids and offers pertaining to the 48 trading periods from the preceding day, and are tagged with the time the submission was made. Bids are only required to be submitted at non-conforming points of connection, or at conforming points of connection if they differ substantially from the system operator's load forecast.
