This time, both start on 1/4/94, but CENTPK0 ends with 20/9/94. Clouds of L&G complaints befog the files, but channel 4 of CENTRLPK (*1 Central Park 33kV IT3) at last is non-zero for 21/9/94 and onwards, and channel 5 of CENTPK0 (*1 Central Park 33kV IT3) was its only non-zero channel, ending with 20/9/94. Instead of aliasing CENTRLPK and CENTPK0, the CENTPK0 data is given run names with a suffix of ".0". The files can't be merged, because they have a different channel order. Someone was not organised. C:\HH\Source\Printometer\Data\GMA9293\WAITAKI.DAT L&G starts 30/10/92 with zeros, codes, HH25=828 for *1 Waitaki 33kV Export WAITKJNK.DAT and WAITAKI0.DAT vs. WAITAKI.DAT for *1 Waitaki 33kV Export Previously the WAITAKI files held both 11 and 33KV, two channel data. Now just one, 33KV. The two-channel data files WAITAKI0 and WAITKJNK duplicated data for the 30'th and 31'st, with zeros for the 11KV channel. Previous days in WAITAKI0 were all zero, the first non-zero for the 30'th was for HH23 of 5220 (!) which is the first f(a0) in WAITAKI, then f(a1872) vs. f(a0) here, then 828, 547, etc, the same numbers. For the 11KV channel, the zeros continued zero in both files and so did not clash. Thus the tail end of WAITAKI0 was snipped off by CJH to become WAITKJNK because it is not an overlap, and the two big numbers looked to be some sort of error.. Accordingly, C:\HH\Source\Printometer\Data\GMA9293\WAITKJNK.DAT is moved to BadData. 30/10/1993 to 1/11/1993 NI.BREAMBAY.T2 ~ Bream Bay (Auckland) Transformer 2. 30/10/1993 to 1/11/1993 NI.BREAMBAY.T3 ~ Bream Bay (Auckland) Transformer 3. C:\HH\Source\Printometer\Data\LMA9394\CARRING0.DAT L&G with scale factor *0.001 so that the four digit readings are in watts, converted to kilowatts. C:\HH\Source\Printometer\Data\LMA9394\CARRING.DAT L&G with scale factor *1 so that the small readings are one or two digits only. Perhaps this was noticed. On 17/3/94, channel A's scale factor as changed to 0.33333, still too small. CARRING0 has zeros or small numbers for channel B, four digit numbers for channel A (before rescaling by *.001). Possibly, channel B should have a scale factor of 1, not 0.001? On 16/3/94 this changes to four digit numbers for both, then on 17/3/94 zero for channel A, four digit (*0.001) for channel B. CARRING has zeros from its start on 9/1/94, then from 17/3/94 small values for channel A, zeros for channel B. Since the non-zero numbers are not in conflict nor copies, this seems to be an overlap, with a poor choice of scale in the data for CARRING.. C:\HH\Source\Printometer\Data\LMA9495\CARRING0.DAT L&G with scale factors of *0.001 continues. Channel A zero. C:\HH\Source\Printometer\Data\LMA9495\CARRING.DAT L&G with scale factors of *0.33333 and *1 continues. Channel B zero Channel A's scale of 1/3 is later changed to 1/24 on 6/7/94 and 1/72 on 7/8/94. And later that day, the light dawns and channel B's scale was changed to *0.001 for HH26 of 0.425 (low), whereupon both channels now offered non-zero values. And, on that day, CARRING0's channel B dropped to zero after HH26 of 2.694 (low). Rather than having both streams combined via the alias table (thus causing a fight amongst the different values), the A and B runs from CARRING0 are given a suffix of ".0", used to patch the A and B runs, and then are deleted. 9/12/1993 NI.DANNEVIRKE.LOCAL ~ Dannevirke (Wairarapa) Local Service.
