Retail reports
This report shows the number of connections (ICPs) switching of electricity suppliers (wins and losses) broken down by retail entity and regions across time.
This report reflects information collected under the Retailer Financial Stress notice published under 2.16 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 (Code).
The Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) provides one measure of market concentration. This report shows the trend through time for the retail market based on the share of connections (ICPs). Parameters allow comparisons to be made amongst regions and market segments.
This report shows two measures of market concentration based on ICPs in the retail market, the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) and concentration ratios (CRX). Parameters allow selection of individual market segments and provide the ability to show the change in any metric over the previous 12 months.
This report illustrates the change in the share of total connections (ICPs) held by the largest retailer(s) in each region over time. Users can select from one to four largest retailers and explore the market concentration regionally and by market segments.
