This report is a companion to the residential consumption trends report. The report presents the remainder of reconciled demand on a monthly basis and allows the user to differentiate business demand by connection type, either network connected or directly connected to the grid. Business demand can be shown as a proportion of regional or national demand with options to include or exclude the NZ Aluminium Smelter (NZAS).
This report shows trends in the proportion of a company's generation or demand that is exposed to the physical wholesale market. The report ignores any derivative or hedge positions held by the parent companies. A measure above zero represents a long position on physical generation while a measure below zero represents a short position on physical generation.
This report lists network supply points (NSPs) that are used in the reconciliation process and their details. Coordinates are provided along with mappings to various region types.
